In sports a lot of people talk about who “Won” a trade.  I follow the rule of thumb “The team that gets the best player wins the trade,”

In this case, Jerome Harrison, a player involved in the trade, wins.  Hands down.  Because of the routine medical checks made when a player is traded, team doctors found a tumor in Jerome Harrison’s brain early enough that it is treatable and he should be ready to play next season.

For those keeping score at home:  MLB: Possibly the most exciting September of modern memory, NHL: Getting ready to be the only pro sport out there between January and April, NFL: Has the feel good story of the DECADE going, NBA:  Not gonna play a single game this year.

No pressure in the NBA lockout negotiations at all.
